another fuck-tarded car accident

yesh! its been a long while since i post something...
this is for my classmates' and those that are curious lol

met a fuck-tarded car accident today while waiting for a parking place outside of the college..this girl so so damn happened to bang my car from behind..
she's driving a SLK as i am...there were 3 of them including the driver.

i was driving outside the college and saw a Kelisa's leaving, i stoped and waited for the parking space and for just 2 seconds, my car got banged on the right back light and it got an "L" shape crack line...
and to describe her car, here's how it looks like:-


so i went for my class coz i was already ONE hour late while the driver was crying her heart out and hahahha!!! 3 of them are out of the car and they locked the car with the engine on.....LMFAO!
after awhile i went down to meet the driver's dad and to get my car's damages settle..we agreed that HE (Mr.Chan) buy a backlight for me and meet him at Sri Bintang 7 in the evening for installing the backlight and at around Taman Pencala, okay~.
when i started to drove back after my class i heard some noise from the back of the car and found out that the pumper is actually senget...
so i called Daniel to accompany for the evening meeting with Mr. Chan

630pm
daniel used my phone to call him and telling him bout the damage on my car's bumper, he got angry and started to talk so not politely with Daniel on the phone...

7pm
we met in Sri Bintang and he started to ask what's the problem while checking on my bumper. They kept saying its my fault that i stoped ALL IN A SUDDEN and caused all this. i was like WTFARK!? I was looking for parking space do you think I could drive fast??! I dont fucking know what's on your daughter's mind when she drive dude! LOOK! The LEFT side of HER car banged on the RIGHT side of MY car....if she dint managed to stop on time..she could have hit my car straight at the back and NOT the SIDE!!!!
Its either she tried to drive pass me but dint managed to did so and hit on my car, or your daughter is blind or lost the ability to judge distance!!

He (Mr. Chan) refuses to be responsible for the damage of my car's bumper and said all he can do is just buy a new backlight for me.. Without bringing me to the place he mentioned earlier for installing my backlight, he also refuses to ask for the price of fixing my bumper at the nearest workshop. After some discussion/arguement he only pay me RM100 more on the pumper and THAT'S ALL!!!!!

During the discussion all he said was :" you think im rich meh i also cant affort that much money(RM300) sumore my daughter's car damage is much more serious blablablablablablablabla......and his wife so so got the nerve to say :" this happened because of you stop all in a suddent; its your fault blablablah blahhhhh~ She said like as if i purposely do it to con them for money or something and I just couldnt stand her being too fucking busy with her mouth and i started to shut her up. Like WHOSE FAULT IT IS?! Even if i really stoped all in a sudden, the car from behind wont hit my car if its not following too close or driving too fast!! You said its my fault means is it like I PURPOSELY make you bang on my car?! YOU BETTA WATCH YOUR MOUTH BITCH!!
Talking bout rich...do you think i can afford to fix the damage on my own's car by myself?! see you're staying in Sri Bintang, a double storey house area while I staying in Damansara Damai, a place full on low cost flats!! DO YOU THINK I CAN AFFORD MORE THAN YOU WEIH DUMP ASS!
He kept saying that me and him got an agreement earlier that he buying me a brand new backlight during the discussion outside of the college so the pumper part is after our discussion and so he's not responsible for it...TALKING BOUT AGREEMENT! Did you or did you not mentioned that you will have me following you to the workshop to install the backlight?! AND DID YOU DO WHAT YOU PROMISSED?!!!!

oh fuck that shit! It's me that being bad luck getting myself into this fucking retarded mess with some dump asshole big time mother fucker like you!

I was driving to office, and found this police man, Rosly (number 104034) his motorbike was riding around my car for awhile.
As I was not breaking any laws (with my safety belt buckled, my handsfree was hooked on to my handphone, my car door lock, I was having signals for making turns) I didn't give him much attention.

But as the traffic light turned green, he gave me a sign to ask me to pull my car to aside.
But instead of normal routine that a policeman will aks you to pull you car along the roadside, he insisted me to pull my car into the housing area.
I got frighten.

I wined down my window (approximately 3 inch) and ask if I did any thing wrong, he said "Just checking"
he asked for my driving license, i handed him.
and he ask for my IC (identity card), i hesitated but i handled him.
he was looking in my car's content and also the road tax at the windscreen. NOTHING WAS WRONG.
He then asked me to come down my car and he wanted to check my car boot.

SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!
immediately this thought come in my head.

i quickly call my colleagues and told them i was being pull aside by a policeman at a housing area 5 mins away from office.
If within 30 minutes I am not reporting to office, please make a report to police station!

i stopped my engine, holding my car keys (locked my car) and having my handphone beside me (i have not put down the phone and my colleague is still at the other end of the line)

I open my car boot and it shows that it's empty.
He suspiciously check the old newspaper covering the sparetyre case.
i requested my ID and license from him.
at the same time, i proceed to my laptop case and bring out my diary.
i requested to see his batch number and wanted to have a look at his ID.

he got OFFENDED and started to shout at me and claimed "I AM A POLICEMAN, I HAVE THE RIGHT AND AUTHORITY TO STOP ANY CAR AND DEMAND ANYONE FOR A REGULAR CHECK"

it is correct that he can check any car, but he has no right no ask me to pull my car at a place where no one will drive in or passby and requested me to come down from my car!

These days criminal has been so active and there are many cases we read from newspaper saying that false policeman use these trick to rap and kill single ladies!

Here, have a look at this man and BE ALERT at all time!!!

UPDATE:
I went to a nearby police station and requested to check this policeman ID.
unfortunately, they told me, if a policeman is wearing full suit uniform, he is a REAL policeman.

but i read newspaper today, 23 May 09.
There is 3 policeman in Seri Kembangan rape a 17-year-old Indonesian lady whom forgotten to bring her passport.

FINALLY!! Finals is over! hell yeah here comes the holidays and im thinking of how to spend them. No more BORING holidays for me! Plan to sleep earlier but my mind just wont shut down, waking up at noon time with my aching body...THIS DOESNT FEEL GOOD AT ALL!

Had a great time swimming with almost all of my classmates(wasnt really swimming) hell we got ourselves injured. yesh all of us were injured.. roses are pretty but it hurts to touch...same goes to the pool LOL! yeah the design is kinda nice but it wasnt constructed properly!!

yay! the long waited party of 3 birthday boys/guys is finally over! it was damn fun and well...tiring..hehe but worthit! Party was held in Crown Regency, the room is real BIG and comfy! 3 rooms, and 3 bathrooms!! and its on promotion RM488 nett! there were 42 of us including the guesses and im very sure it can fit lot more than that!!
well for you guys who dont know where it is located...its only beside Oblique Club....there's a CoffeeBean infront.
we did it Pot Luck style and the food was real nice including the sushi i made..hehe...ahem...alot hotties and cuties including me were there...>.<" met alot of new friends and yea there's one with the name Eddie too..wahaha ...one of Daniel's friends...and we're both hot XD
i cant stop walking around and jump here jump there coz i was getting too full by eating and drinking too much...feel like wanna throw them to make myself feel better..and continue eating/drinking. Jacky was non-stop adding vodka and whatever liquor he saw into the fruit punch container. @@" almost everyone was drunk....

after that we headed to MP around 12am....the place was real empty when we first enter and so was the dance floor,i thought its another not-a-happening-night again...after like 10minutes of dancing...i looked behind my back and those people was like *POOOOF* just appear from nowhere...o.O" the place suddenly filled with people....scary~ haha!

hmmmm...this was the happiest day of my life i guess? yeah~ the place that i usually have most of the fun and joy. Look at that smile! its definitely my grandpa's house(mom side). This was the place that me and my cousins went crazy and nuts; we can play with almost everything that we could find. WTF restaurant...

I just came back from dinner . We ate at a Indian restaurant named "Bollywood restaurant" it's actually a guest house and they dont serve food!! well at least i dont think they do!
It is located around jalan Alor, few shops from a fish spa.
We had no idea where can we find indian food except mamak stalls LOLx. It was kinda a farewell dinner that Andy plan for the both visitors from Thailand. (they're leaving tomorrow)
So we stoped and wait for the others when suddenly we saw this restaurant and went in...the decorations was real nice and pretty~ so we sat and order some food. I heard the conversations between the workers, the one who's taking our order asked another one "can you cook this dish?" i was like...okay~ you dont seems like the cook here. The so called "waiter" doesnt understand much what we asked for but he'll respond yes, maybe, okay, will come in a moment, etc. but what he did was....blur~ we asked for some hot water so we can clean the spoons and fork and he said okay. All i saw was he wandered around and came back with 2 empty glass =.="
finally our long waited food came...and im very very very sure that some of those food are "dapao" from the mamak near by. worst thing is they charge us with their price which is unreasonablily expensive...wooot!
They have a "Private launch/ Games Room" behind our seats know~ and the toilet was there so i know. The "Games Room" have 2 beds and it really looks like a bed room...wonder what games can we play there huh...wahhahahahah!!
The food sucks even when the real boss came in. He's an indian that speaks cantonese. WEI! now the salt's price came down ar? why do you even put salt in the rice huh? and the dishes are all salty! urgh! how dissapointing!
Luckily the boss did some apologize when the 2 thai friends were paying the bill.
opss...we're the one who suppost to pay lar..sumore we came into a restaurant like this...aih...
